Preheat the oven to 350° F and line an 8 in square tin with parchment paper.
In a deep saucepan heat the olive oil, over low heat. Add the chocolate, stir to melt and remove from the heat.
Gradually incorporate the rest of the ingredients whisking to make a batter.
Pour into the baking tin and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until firm on top. Let them reach room temperature and slice into squares before serving.
