Make the rim:
Dip the edge of each glass in the olive oil. On a shallow plate, mix the pumpkin pie spice and crushed graham crackers. Dip the oiled edge of the glasses in the mixture and roll to coat evenly.
Make the drink:
Pour the vodka and coffee liqueur into the prepped glasses, filled with ice. Top with creamer. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve cold.
