Ingredients
- 2/3 cups soft goat cheese, such as ricotta
- ¼ cup feta cheese
- 2 tsp oregano, dried
- 1 tbs brandy
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes

1/4 cup olive oil
Directions
In a mixing bowl, mash the soft cheese with a fork. Crumble in the feta cheese and add the oregano, honey, brandy, chili and olive oil. Mix well.
- Transfer into a jar and seal. Leave overnight to marinade in the fridge.
- Return to room temperature before serving.
