Recipe-105-Roasted Garlic and Herbs Dressing
We’ve never been so excited to try a garlic recipe. This is a highly nutritious dressing, packed with anti-inflammatory benefits and utterly delicious. It has an acidic kick from the vinegar a balmy texture from the extra virgin olive oil and a sweetness from the roasted garlic. And we like it to make the most of it, besides adding it to our salads. Try coating your potatoes with this dressing before you bake them in the oven and let the magic happen.
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Cut the tips of the head of garlic, and place on a baking pan drizzled with a tablespoon of the olive oil. Roast for 20 minutes until tender.
- Store in an air-tight container for up to a week at room temperature.
