Dear friends, family and loyal customers,


This message is a bit lengthy, but for good reason. We have some news to share with you, and want to be as transparent as possible with you. Some of it is bad and most is good...

Ten years ago, we set out on a mission to share the flavor of Greece with as many people as possible. From our humble beginnings gifting bottles of our family olive oil to our friends in a Crossfit gym; to where we are today, providing delicious organic fresh olive oil that brings a little bit of Greek sunshine into homes around the world, we want to give an enormous, heartfelt “thank you” to everyone who has supported us along this amazing journey: friends, families, and loyal customers alike.


We are the true definition of a small business. There are four of us here in the US and one member in Greece. When you talk to us via email, on the phone or social media, you're not talking to a customer service representative, but with Effi, Tony, Erica, or Efroysini (or our mom Cindy). We are passionate about sharing our olive oil (and Greece) with all of you. There is nothing quite like watching someone try our oil for the first time. We love to see their face light up with satisfaction and a little bit of curiosity, wondering why Kasandrinos taste so different. The answer, however, is simple: quality and freshness!



For over a decade, our team has been dedicated to creating an open and trustworthy relationship with our community. We've created a platform to share our lives and spread our message of health by providing transparency in every aspect of our business to include farming, production and customer experience.


In this unique way, we’ve shared our personal milestones with you: Tony's retirement from the Marine Corps; watching Effi's children Ava, Ana & Arya grow from infants into adorable little girls. These past few months, Tony & Erica each welcomed Ares and Antonella into the world, and we are not done yet! Soon-to-be mom Efrosyni will be introducing Sofia in a few short months! **(be careful with our olive oil - may bring on babies)


We have and will always be committed to providing an open line of communication and ensuring that we are totally transparent with our brand and family.

During these uncertain times, we are so humbled and grateful for our incredible, loyal community. Your support is our constant motivation that keeps us growing day by day with quality and you, our customers, as our top priority, even over profit.

While factors outside our control, such as the cost of shipping, customs, packaging, and fuel continue to skyrocket, we remain dedicated to keeping a sharp eye on every penny spent!



We know there are a lot of affordable olive oil options out there. You can go to any store and see an endless variety to choose from on store shelves. Our dedication to being 100% organic is what sets us apart. We prioritize sustainability, treating the land, trees, soil, olives, and olive oil as gifts that must be nurtured. We carefully hand pick our olives instead of using machines that bruise the fruit and take a toll on the land. Our process is truly “Farm to Table.” We do not sell in stores so that customers receive the freshest product available, right from the source. When you choose Kasandrinos, you're getting super fresh oil that is packed full of antioxidants, polyphenols, and delicious taste!

We have been doing our very best to keep the price of our olive oil accessible to everyone, but rising costs have forced us to slightly increase our prices. Our team has worked hard to avoid this in recent years, but we are at a point where we unfortunately have no other choice. Our priority is always to provide you with the best, highest quality product available.


So that's the bad news……. Here is the good news!

Why is this important to us as a company and you as a customer?


We ship over our FRESH olive oil straight from Greece every 2 to 3 months. This is a balancing act as we don’t want to bring over too much so it sits around. We bring over 3 months worth of our subscriptions and the rest is what we guestimate that our existing and new customers will order. Because of this we sometimes run out of “in demand” sizes (see our 3 liter cans right now) - We are not selling them on our website as they are reserved for our subscribe and save members. Subscription members orders are prioritized.


We want to give you the opportunity to avoid these coming changes. Any customer who has an active product subscription as of February 3rd will be locked in to our current prices. We don't want you to miss out on an amazing deal!
