Chili Caper Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar or
    white vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbs chili flakes
  • 1 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt



  1. Finely chop the capers and whisk together with the olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, salt and chili flakes.
  2. Mix well, adjust the seasoning to taste and serve at room temperature or store in an airtight container for up to a week.



Pungent and so easy to whip up, this caper-chili dressing will brighten up all your salads!
