Antioxidant Boosting Smoothie with Pineapple and Olive Oil
- 1 cup baby spinach, fresh
- 1 cucumber, medium
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 tbs ginger, fresh, minced
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Optional: ice
- 1. Place the spinach with the cucumber, pineapple, walnuts, ginger, olive oil and honey in a blender.
- 2. Add ice if you want your smoothie to be ice-cold.
- 3. Blend until smooth and serve cold.
