Ingredients
2 cups sparkling water
- 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup fresh orange juice
- ½ teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoons honey

- Optional: Lemon and orange slices and mint sprigs to garnish
Directions
In the bottom of a tall glass, muddle mint leaves with the honey and olive oil.
- Add the lemon and orange juice.
- Pour in the sparking water. Stir to combine.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lime and orange slices and mint sprigs.
