Ingredients
1 Slice Talagani Cheese
- 1 tablespoon forest fruit jam
- ½ tablespoon sunflower seeds
- ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Place the flour on a plate and coat the Talagani cheese with an even layer of flour. Dust off any excess.
Heat one tablespoon of the olive oil in a non-stick pan over high heat.
- Cook for a minute on each side until golden brown.
Serve warm, drizzled with the remaining olive oil, the forest fruit jam and sprinkle with sunflower seeds and optionally lemon pepper.
