Recipe-34-Chocolate Olive Oil Frosting
We have been experimenting with chocolate and Kevoo for a very long time. We are finally able to say we’ve got the perfect chocolate olive oil frosting that will blow your mind. It’s soft and buttery, it pipes, it holds its shape and it tastes like heaven in a bowl. It’s perfect for all kinds of cakes, pies, tarts or cookies, but you’ll probably end up eating the entire bowl before it makes it to the serving table. Blame it on us, we’ll take one for the team.
In a large mixing bowl whisk the whipping cream with the icing sugar, salt and the cocoa powder using an electric mixer, for 5-7 minutes until it holds firm peaks.
In a steady stream pour in the olive oil while still whisking at a low to medium speed, until fully incorporated.
