- 3/4 cup chestnut puree
- 1/2 cup double cream
- 3 1/2 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
2 tbs olive oil
1/6 tsp salt
Heat the cream in a heavy bottomed sauce pan and add the chocolate. Stir to melt.
Add the honey and salt and stir.
Add the chestnut puree and the olive oil.
- Mix well or use a blender/food processor for a smooth consistency and serve.
